Next to very extensive testing before delivery, we always strive to actually involve our customers during the software design process. This ensures not only a good insight in the status of the project but also connects our software architects and developers with you, the actual client. So rather than talking to "a system" of Account- and project managers you are in direct contact with the people building the actual application. You can even directly request reasonable changes if required. These direct contacts have proven to be very successful and appreciated by all our customers. Next to that we have a second very important business principle. The architect who has setup your application is also your dedicated support person in case of questions or problems. Although by doing this we probably have the most expensive helpdesk employees in the world, we do believe that the payback is instant. Your support desk guy never has to think long about how your application is set up. He has built the application himself! This has really paid off for our customers during any support we have provided. To prove our commitment we not only provide our customers with our business telephone number and email address, but we also provide you with all private telephone number as well. We are committed to a 24/7 support and we deliver!
